WYE⚡️DELTA Safety Sunglasses – Warranty Policy

Warranty Period:
WYE⚡️DELTA safety sunglasses come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. If a defect is found that is the result of a manufacturing issue, WYE⚡️DELTA will cover the cost of the product, including repair or replacement.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in the frame or lenses

  • Defects in coatings or lens treatments applied by WYE⚡️DELTA

What’s Not Covered (Exclusions):
The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Scratched or damaged lenses caused by normal use

  • Accidental damage, including drops or impacts

  • Loss or theft of the sunglasses

  • Misuse or failure to follow care instructions

  • Alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  1. Contact WYE⚡️DELTA Customer Service with your order number and details of the defect.

  2. Provide photos or other documentation if requested.

  3. Once verified as a manufacturing defect, WYE⚡️DELTA will arrange a repair or replacement of the product at no cost. Shipping costs are not included and will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only.

  • WYE⚡️DELTA is not responsible for shipping costs for non-defective returns.
